1 pot of organic goat yogurt
2 jars of organic type 1 flour (from the yogurt)
½ jar of evo oil
½ sachet of yeast
1 small jar of integral coconut flower sugar
3 small eggs
200 grams of pumpkin
Unroasted and salted pumpkin seeds 25 grams
The grated peel of ½ organic orange
Clean and boil the pumpkin.
Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and whisk vigorously, then add the yogurt, orange peel and oil.
After mixing well, add the pumpkin pulp (I used a potato masher), flour and baking powder.
Once all the ingredients are mixed, pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking pan.
Pour over the chopped pumpkin seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 170° for 20-25 minutes.
